Brandon is a retired Marine Officer and the founder of OFP Foundation, a nonprofit built to help veterans thrive — not just survive. He’s also a full-time real estate professional serving Eastern North Carolina, known for helping buyers and sellers navigate the market in a military town.
Outside of work, Brandon and his wife, Ashley, share a passion for travel and exploring different cultures — a love they’ve turned into a travel agency and RV rental business. Together, they’re raising three kids and wrangling five dogs, all while building a life rooted in purpose, adventure, and service.

Henry serves as Vice President and Director of Marketing, where he leads strategic marketing efforts that highlight the mission and impact of the organization. While he does not come from a military background, Henry is deeply inspired by those who serve—and is driven by a desire to support veterans as they navigate life after service and active-duty military.
Professionally, Henry works at Chase, managing Acquisition Capabilities and Marketing for the Marriott Credit Card. He brings a sharp analytical mindset and customer-first approach to everything he does—skills that directly support OFP’s goals of community growth, brand clarity, and long-term sustainability. Through his work, he aims to support veteran mental health by helping restore structure, connection, and a renewed sense of purpose.
Outside of work, Henry is a passionate powerlifter, travel enthusiast, and dedicated foodie who’s always on the lookout for the next great restaurant. He enjoys time with his girlfriend, family, and friends in Delaware—staying grounded in the same values of connection and support that guide his work with OFP.

James is an active-duty United States Marine with nearly 20 years of service. A Purple Heart recipient, he currently serves as an Infantry Weapons Officer—Marine Gunner. Originally from northern California, James spent just over six years stationed in California before being assigned as a combat instructor at Camp Lejeune. Since then, he has spent most of his career on the East Coast, rotating between Camp Lejeune and the National Capital Region with his wife, Natalie, and their two sons, Lincoln and Jackson.
Their family is grounded in a commitment to physical and mental wellness. They embrace every opportunity to travel, believing that life is made up of experiences. Their goal is to teach their boys how to responsibly step outside their comfort zones—whether through trying new foods or chasing adrenaline.

Jesse comes from a proud legacy of military service, with multiple generations of his family having served across various branches of the U.S. Armed Forces. Most notably, his great-grandfather was among the brave who stormed the beaches of Normandy, respect for those who serve has been a core value in Jesse's family.
Following a successful collegiate athletic career, Jesse transitioned into the fields of accounting and finance, earning multiple tax and securities certifications. He is now the founder and principal of his own accounting firm and serves as a licensed Investment Advisor Representative, helping clients navigate complex financial landscapes with integrity and insight.
Jesse brings valuable expertise in both government and public accounting to the OFP mission. His mission is to ensure sound financial stewardship and provide strategic guidance to help the organization maximize its impact. With a deep respect for those who have served and a passion for service, Jesse is committed to helping the board fulfill its promise to the veterans it proudly represents.

A 12-year veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps - Scout/Sniper and Counterintelligence Agent - Aaron now manages and secures OFP Foundation’s digital operations. In his professional life, his executive posts as Chief Information Security Officer and Business Information Security Officer in regulated industries equip him to protect data, guide technology strategy, and scale infrastructure, all while empowering veterans.
Also an entrepreneur, Aaron assists SMB owners on technology and security, and also serves as Board Member and CFO for another nonprofit. He is completing a B.S. in Accounting on the path to CPA licensure, uniting fiscal rigor with technical depth.
Off duty, he enjoys weight-training, SCUBA, and Spanish “Would You Rather” games with his son, Jackson - living the principle that well-equipped veterans lead from the front.

A native of Northeast Tennessee, Mark brings a strong sense of commitment, integrity, and regional pride to everything he does—both in and out of uniform. When he’s not serving his country, Mark enjoys staying active through running and playing paintball on the weekends. He also values quality time with his wife, Ikram, including in OFP’s different programs.
